It started snowing here around 2:00 in the afternoon on New Year's Eve. It has not stopped snowing since. I got up at 4 a.m. this morning in order to leave the house by 4:30 a.m. and walk through the accumulated snowfall. At that point it was somewhere between 8 and 10 inches.
We are supposed to get another 6 to 8 inches today. Right now I am so glad I do not have to go out and shovel yet. If it clears a little I will try and get out to take some pictures that really show the effects of this snowstorm.
