I just returned from the farmer's market. The abundance of goods is not to be believed. This is a small view of my purchases. This means I have a bunch of cooking to do. The basil will become pesto. The pepper will be used for gazpacho. I think I need to look for a recipe for that eggplant. The champagne grapes.....wel, they are lucky if they get to see tomorrow morning. The one thing I dislike about living in a condo is that I have no garden. I miss it. The farmer's market keeps me sane. It is probably the one thing I like about summer.
