It is getting hot out here. We had a brief respite last night, but the heat is back on today. It is supposed to be like this through the weekend. I hate heat. Although the only coffee I usually drink is espresso and an occasional Thai iced coffee, I have just started to make some cold brewed iced coffee. The recipe can be found here. It is so easy. Mine is not aesthetically pleasing due to the flecks from my soy milk, but it is pleasing to the palate.
Other than that, I only have enough energy to share some of my recent thrift finds.
