Having grown up in an entirely Jewish neighborhood, I have been a fan of rugelach for years. For some reason, I never tried to bake it. This is surprising because if I like something I will try and figure out how to bake it myself. With the arrival of the high holidays I decided that it was finally time for me to try my hand at making some. This is what my first attempt looked like. I must admit that they taste pretty damn good. I found the recipe here. I will probably try some other recipes in order to find the best one.
