The weather turned a bit blustery and frigid. That's a good thing because I had some baking to do.
One of my class participants has a birthday so I am baking some cookies to bring to class. She also gets to choose the music. So, we will get our hearts pumping to some disco.
Actually, the lemon sugar cookie dough above is one of her favorite cookies. I am giving her the Madeleines as a separate package for her to take home. Next week, I will post my dolla packaging for the cookies.
The Madeleines in the background are regular sized. The Madeleines in the foreground are mini. I have a mini silicone Madeleine pan and I have to say it is fabulous.
