Happy Friday treat


I'm not really sure what season we are in. I actually baked these Double Dark Chocolate and Ginger Biscotti in the beginning of the week when we were preparing for yet another round of snowflakes. Today we are expected to be close to 80 degrees. Too confusing.

These are so easy to make and very tasty. If you look at the recipe it even has the nutritional breakdown. Not a terribly bad treat to indulge in. :) By the way, I did not melt the chocolate which is supposedly missing from the recipe. I left the dark chocolate coarsely chopped and stirred it into the mixture with the nuts and ginger. (As shown in the top picture). I think that this may actually work better than melting the chocolate. They turned out great. Happy Friday!
