I found this dress at the thrift store and loved the pattern of the fabric. My original thought was that I would sell it in my Etsy shop. After getting it home I tried it on and it ended up fitting me. What say ye? Keep or sell?

Yeah, keep it. You can wear it casually or formally, depending on what you coordinate it with.
